If they do, we've made sure you can find any information you need as quickly and easily as possible on our website. Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, it is possible however you would have to let us know straight away. As soon as order is dispatched, we can not amend.

To change your order simply contact Customer Service by email, phone call or use Live Chat. We are always there to help you.

I have received incomplete order
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately or from another location.

If your order has been sent separately then the delivery note will state which items should be in that part of your order.

Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.

I have received incorrect or faulty item
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think that item that we have sent to you is faulty or not the one that you have ordered, please let us know it straight away. You can contact us via Live Chat, e-mail or by phone.

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty or incorrect item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get do our best to help you out.

I am having problems accessing or buying on Pixie
If you are having any problems accessing or placing orders on our website, we recommend you make sure you have the latest updates and patches for your operating system.
