How long it will take to process my order?
We're really quick at picking, packing and processing your order. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2. If you place your order after 3 pm Friday afternoon it will be most likely to be processed on Monday.
Once you choose your item(s) you will be given few shipping options and if your order is more than CAD 99.00 we will ship it for free (unfortunately we can not include free shipping for tents or oversized bags and backpacks).
Shipping
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Vancouver location you will be sent an email with tracking number to confirm that it's on its way.
Sometimes we do not have all products in our stores; in that case your order will be dispatched from our warehouse. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise.

Shipping From Pixie
Please be aware that shipping through Canada Post does not guarantee shipping dates and times. Express Post and Regular/Expedited post are simply standards of service offered by Canada Post.
Pixie does not use courier services for delivery. Customers wanting courier service should contact our customer service department. Customers will have to arrange for their own pick-ups and payments to couriers.

All orders to the USA are shipped by regular ground shipping. Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to Canadian taxes. All orders pass through customs and might be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying such fees.

*Oversized Items
In some cases, the item orderd is much larger or heavier then our 'oversized' catagory accounts for. The amount calculated at checkout should be considered correct if different from this chart
Please note that certain products or orders are too large, too fragile or too heavy to be shipped through the postal system. We will inform you if your order requires extra freight.
*Remote of Rural locations
The cost of shipping to remote or rural locarions around Canada is often higher then the standard shipping fee. If there is a large difference between the cost of shipping and the shipping price paid, you will be contacted regarding the difference.
On multiple item orders we will do our best to condense your freight to reduce shipping charges. We will inform you if we are able to reduce your freight charge and credit you the difference.
